What to Write , How to Write and Why to Write !!


It has been found that when we feel either elevated or depressed, we react irrationally i.e.paying pounds against sterlings.It has also been found that our behavior also plays a vital role in terms of its exhibition. The behavior thus is directly related to our emotions.The issue is-How to regulate and rationalize it.

-One of the tested way is to write about such emotions.

-Optimize it in terms of Gain /Loss

-Just read it twice or thrice

-Come in Demo Mode and observe

-Maximize the Gains

-Come in Playing Mode


-Win the race

One who handles emotions as above is better player of life compared to those who just start playing in PLAY MODE. Play mode means keeping gain and loss in advance thereby suppressing power of Now and spirit of KARMA.Ignoring this we attain sublime and melting stage.It also gives rise over-emotional conditions, and much of our mistakes and downfalls as in the cases of Rajat Gupta,Lance Armstrongthe disgraced cancer survivor turned cycling champion and philanthropist reportedly confessed in the recorded interview of using performance-enhancing drugs to win an unprecedented seven Tour de France. A highly decorated person like Colonel David Petraeus are the mere outcomes of being over-estimated, over-anxious, over-jealous, proud, greedy and stubborn.

Whenever we undergo any situation to handle,we put LAHASA which is a sticky juice of a small fruit found in deserts; this juice is used to repair torn Kites by kids in India, however LAHASA has a property to stick with unwanted dust/papers/dirt also.Likewise when we do KARMA, we lahasise it with outcomes i.e away frm true spirit of unattached KARMA.That is it!

Rages to Ragas
(Chaotic to Maleodic)

Where less is more
Still good-ones are at shore.
It isn't crowded
Then too healed and bounded.

Err,excuse me,
Don't miss yr chances
To enjoy-
Simple and little-bounces

Be,the Night,still unsound
Don't glare it with-
Light and Sound.

Who knows!
This darkness
Stillness
One-Day become costliest Luxury
-A big Success.

Of course,who knows
To flaunt a picture in full moon
With a background of twinkling Stars
Level commoner
With Millionaire .

So please

When Alone

A flower at hilly 
A garden Lilly.

Just come in yr side.

Out of several ways of sharing,Poetry is one instantaneous way to reveal your inner-self as it directly comes from your heart and is having tremendous potential to spread..Its cyclic effect dissolves the worries around immediately Whether it is one to one/one to many or one to none conscience level, poetry in any form is an effective tool.

प्रत्येक पल 
जीएं 
नव-वर्ष 
सच मायने तभी होगा 
उत्कर्ष

क्रंदन में अभिवंदन 
वंदन मैं हो 
चन्दन
जीवन-संघर्ष बना रहे
फिर भी रहे
हर्ष

गीत नए
मीत भी नए
नित नए आयाम
संगीत नए
स्वीकारें
सहर्ष

जीयें छोटे -छोटे
सुखद पल
मन हो निर्मल
अच्छे लोग अच्छी
बातें फैलाएं
एक नयी कड़ी बनायें
तभी बनेगी बात
मिटेगी
घोर अंधकार की रात
अंतर्मन से करें
ये

Sanjay Gupta Continuous discussion and a write direction to a meaningful cause is always inspiring. If I look back , the one who feels sufferings can only understand the pain of others, can really feel the Bhavnayen and show the right path. Jo Jala naheen, vo jalne ka dard kya samjhega....Goonge kee gati goonga jane......Behad achcha prayas hai aapka...keep the spirit high....

One of my friend asked me,"how writing can heal !"
During Discussion the thought provocative conclusion came out:

If you find that there is no joy,situation is difficult to face or there is no element of lightness in what you are facing and doing.Please don't infer that you you need to change what you are facing and doing.Just think: how you are doing it. This mere change frm WHAT to HOW keeps you away frm results of doing, meaning thereby you suddenly come in present. Use tool of writing sense of utility,quality,purpose and acceptance comes which inturn imparts"Present Moment Awareness(PMA)" . This PMA keeps you away from the fruits of action giving JOY and Happiness.
